Oh, the Pastabilities!

A repeat of one of our favorite pasta classes – Portobello mushroom ravioli is on the menu! Filled with portobello mushrooms, a little prosciutto, and of course some cheese! This family favorite will have a different sauce – a Parmesan cream sauce. Extra yummy. Making good ravioli always starts with the dough. You’ll learn how to tell when the dough is perfect for making these yummy pillows that will delight the tongue and tummy! Each student will leave with at least ½ dozen perfectly frozen for a quick mid-week meal. Bring a small container to bring some home.
Lab Fee: $12 to be paid directly to the instructor.
